Orders can be cancelled up to a specific number of days before the scheduled event date for a full or partial refund, as defined in your rental agreement. Last-minute cancellations may incur a fee.
Approved refunds will be processed and applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
If rental items are returned damaged, the repair or replacement cost will be deducted from any deposit provided, and no refund for the rental period of that item will be issued.
